Chrome Omnibar Google Search results always in English (the easy way)

If you are in a non-English language country (for Example Hong Kong), your default search results from typing in the Chrome Omnibar will show in Chinese.  

Here is how to quickly and easily force your Chrome Omnibar search results to always display in English no matter what country you are located in..

1. Go to http://www.google.com/preferences?hl=en   
2. Click the link on the left for Languages
3. Select English!

Now your OMNIBAR and Google search results will ALWAYS return English from both the omnibar or Google no matter what country code Google site you are on.
